A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

Brittney is an Arizona native who graduated from Arizona State University in 2014 with her B.S. in Exercise and Wellness. While attending ASU, she worked as a Physical Therapy Technician learning the importance of injury prevention and rehabilitation. The patients she worked with included but are not limited to bariatrics, pediatrics, geriatrics, Collegiate level athletes, joint replacements and repairs.

After college, she became a Certified Personal Trainer and  Fitness Nutrition Specialist through American Council on Exercise (ACE). Brittney trains clients in person and online through one on one and small group settings. She’s had the privilege of helping clients create healthier lives from Arizona, to California, to Colorado since 2014.

Through the years Brittney participated in several sports but passionately dedicated 8 years to competitive softball. Softball exposed Brittney to self-discipline, persistence, and resilience. This background laid the foundation for her training style encompassing a functional and dynamic approach with an emphasis on injury prevention. Brittney’s goal is to inspire movement and overall healthier lifestyle choices one client at a time.
